SHIPPING :

We ship anywhere globally reach out to us via email for shipping options.

Once an order has been shipped out of our warehouse, we cannot be held liable for any delays or damages that may occur during transit. We will do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates and ensure that your order is packed securely, but we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery.

PROCESSING TIME :
Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 3 To 4 business days.
Items that are Made-To-Order Or Customized will be commissioned by you When you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically Between 5 To 7 days).

RETURNS :
We accept returns for defective or damaged products free of cost in the original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival. All damage claims must be received within 48 Hours of delivery.

You may request a return for cushions and throws within 48 hours of delivery in case of any concerns. Please note that a reverse shipping fee will be applicable. Products must be returned within 1 week of delivery.

For any other Returns, we will deduct a return shipping cost of 10% of the product cost.
Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it. Items Marked As ‘Final Sale’ Or 'Non-Returnable' Cannot Be Returned.

REFUNDS :
All refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Transaction fee charges of 5% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/cancellation or any other reasons.

In case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fee charges of 20% would not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION :
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Custom made cannot be returned or cancelled.

RETURNING A GIFT :
We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. However, We can definitely process a Gift exchange for you for another Item.
